Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school-based SLP settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in students K–6th grade
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with school teams and families
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students within classroom and pull-out settings
