Step into a fulfilling Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity supporting students from kindergarten through 6th grade within a welcoming and vibrant school environment. This part-time contract role begins on August 24th and is ideal for those passionate about making a difference in early education.

You will work directly with a small caseload of 8 to 10 students, delivering personalized speech and language services to help each child reach their full potential. With approximately 20 hours per week (potential for slight variation), this on-site position offers a manageable workload while still being highly impactful.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license, with CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, goal-setting, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students in a supportive elementary school setting
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP documentation as required
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of student progress
