Applicants with strong school-based SLP experience are highly encouraged, including those with CCC or those completing their CFY year. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated educational team, contributing meaningfully to each student’s growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Maine SLP license or eligibility before start date
- School experience, ideally with the K-6 age range
- Skilled in assessment, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Confident supporting a diverse range of speech and language needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel between assigned locations if needed
- New graduates in their CFY are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions in accordance with student IEPs
- Conduct targeted assessments, develop appropriate goals, and track progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student achievement
- Provide thorough documentation and timely case management
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
