Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
- Active state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to candidates with SLP - CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially within kindergarten to 6th grade, is highly preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to a small group of students, adjusting methods to meet a range of speech and language challenges
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to optimize student progress
- Maintain appropriate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all district and regulatory practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student goals
