Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite, following student IEP goals
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement effective treatment plans for communication challenges
- Manage a caseload split between two schools serving students in grades 6-12
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on student progress and participation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students and their communicative needs
