The position is onsite, beginning August 24, 2026, and running through May 27, 2027, with a steady schedule of 37.5 hours each week.
You will carry a diverse caseload and collaborate with educators and families to facilitate student progress. Enjoy a dynamic work setting with support from a dedicated Clinical Advisory Team, as well as valuable professional development.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Florida (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in schools or with middle/high school students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech and language development
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and progress monitoring for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations
