Job Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and special education staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Support students with articulation, language disorders, fluency, voice, and communication challenges.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply.
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
