Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a must
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or motivation to obtain one)
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Committed to fostering student development and working closely with families and teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services customized to student needs
- Administer assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and guardians to support holistic student progress
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to best practices and school guidelines
- Actively participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
