Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services for students in grades PreK–12
- Complete comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success and progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Create positive, supportive learning environments tailored to diverse student needs
