Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and current Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in K-12 educational settings highly desired
- Able to manage diverse student profiles, specifically those with moderate to severe communication needs
- Adaptable, with strong organizational skills for working at multiple school sites
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy to students from preschool through high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting IEP goals
- Collaborate with school teams to support students’ academic and social growth
- Maintain current and accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Travel between schools and locations as assigned
