Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Massachusetts
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with varying needs across K-12
- Participate in IEP meetings, assisting with evaluation, goal setting, and progress reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to support comprehensive student plans
- Administer assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
- Offer guidance to classroom staff for supporting language development in the curriculum
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all state and district requirements
