As an onsite professional, you’ll provide essential therapy support and be an integral part of a nurturing, educational community.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Massachusetts SLPA license or valid state credential required
  • Previous experience in school settings, especially with K–5 students, strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of pediatric speech-language intervention and school-based therapy practices
  • Passion for fostering communication development in young learners
  • Ability to adapt across different school buildings to support varying caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite therapy support services under the guidance of certified Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and families to deliver effective, tailored interventions
  • Work with K–5 students across multiple elementary school buildings, ensuring support coverage where most needed
  • Maintain accurate session records and contribute to progress monitoring
  • Support students’ educational and interpersonal growth through creative communication strategies
  • Provide seamless coverage for a leave period from September 29 through December 23
