Required Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Massachusetts SLPA license or appropriate state credential
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of pediatric speech and language therapy practices in a school environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with educators and SLP supervisors
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
  • Flexible, organized, and responsive to changing caseload needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students as assigned
  • Assist in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals under SLP supervision
  • Conduct screenings and support progress monitoring
  • Maintain thorough and accurate student records and session notes
  • Support communication with staff and families to foster student success
  • Travel between elementary buildings as needed within the school day
