Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lynn, Massachusetts

Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Massachusetts SLPA license or appropriate state credential
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of pediatric speech and language therapy practices in a school environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with educators and SLP supervisors
- Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
- Flexible, organized, and responsive to changing caseload needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students as assigned
- Assist in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals under SLP supervision
- Conduct screenings and support progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough and accurate student records and session notes
- Support communication with staff and families to foster student success
- Travel between elementary buildings as needed within the school day
