An exciting opportunity awaits for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist eager to support elementary or middle school students in a contract position starting August 2026 and running through the end of May 2027. Located in the vibrant Bolingbrook, IL area, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners while working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 35 hours per week.
The compensation ranges from $50 to $54 per hour with weekly pay, reflecting a highly competitive package. Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement (IL PEL SLP License)
- Certified as either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate (SLP-CFY)
- School-based experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary or middle school students
- Create, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to individualized education plans
