Collaborating with educators and support staff, you’ll deliver targeted speech therapy services and ensure continuity of care for students with unique communication needs. Your expertise will help foster language development, social skills, and confidence in a nurturing, onsite environment.

Qualifications/Experience Desired:

  • Current state-issued SLP license (CCC strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Previous work with autism spectrum disorders highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings to the IEP team
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and parents to create supportive learning environments
  • Document sessions and progress according to district standards
  • Contribute as an active member of the autism support team
