School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Blue Springs, Missouri

Qualifications/Experience Desired:
- Current state-issued SLP license (CCC strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Previous work with autism spectrum disorders highly valued
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings to the IEP team
- Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and parents to create supportive learning environments
- Document sessions and progress according to district standards
- Contribute as an active member of the autism support team
