Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly Pay starting at $46 per hour (Negotiable based on years of experience)
Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Birmingham, Alabama, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active or eligible Alabama SLP license.
Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
