Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Skilled in case management, IEP documentation, and assessment
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and diagnostics
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Support and document IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff
  • Deliver direct and consultative services, including both individual and group therapy
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain timely records and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
