Speech Language Pathologist in Biola, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for school-based work
- Previous experience serving K-12 students in educational settings highly preferred
- Strong collaborative attitude with outstanding communication and documentation skills
- Ability to design and implement creative, student-centered treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy, both in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall success of the school community
