School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Bring your passion for speech-language pathology to an exciting opportunity supporting preschool early intervention programs in either Carbon County or Lehigh County on a contract basis. As a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow, you'll provide crucial itinerant services and play a key role in helping young learners develop essential communication skills. Key Qualifications:
- Proof of active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP License required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences preferred
- Eligible for or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention services and working within educational settings
- Comfortable providing itinerant, in-person services and traveling within assigned counties
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
- Ability to commute reliably to locations within Carbon or Lehigh County
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and assessments for preschoolers in early intervention programs
- Manage a dynamic caseload with regular travel to multiple sites as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress records, and comply with local and state guidelines
- Adapt to school-year changes, supporting students from PreK through grade 12 as assignments evolve
