School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners in Carbon and Lehigh counties as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, specializing in preschool early intervention. This position centers on providing itinerant services to students, with the possibility of transitioning from preschool to school-age populations during the academic year. The schedule delivers consistency, with 35 hours per week following an early intervention calendar (July to June).
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active provisional or temporary PA SLP License required
- Experience with or interest in preschool early intervention and school-aged populations (PreK–12)
- Ability to thrive in an itinerant model, traveling to multiple sites within Carbon or Lehigh County
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced, changing educational settings
- New graduates (SLP-CFs) welcome; support and mentorship provided throughout your Clinical Fellowship
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy, screenings, and evaluations to preschool-aged children in early intervention settings, with flexibility to support K-12 students as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and track progress toward therapy goals
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing case management
- Commit to traveling within assigned region (Carbon County or Lehigh County), as this role is exclusively in-person
