Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bethlehem, PA

Qualifications:
- Possession of active Pennsylvania SLP credentials (CCC-SLP required)
- Prior experience delivering speech-language services in school and early intervention/preK environments
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and implementation for pediatric populations
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication needs among PreK students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s strengths and challenges
- Maintain detailed progress notes and prepare reports in compliance with school and district requirements
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support inclusive educational practices
- Offer guidance and resources to caregivers to foster communication growth at home and in the classroom
