Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

As a dedicated SLP, you’ll deliver personalized speech and language interventions, empowering young students to reach critical communication milestones.
Ideal candidates have solid experience in school or pediatric settings as well as valid Pennsylvania SLP credentials (CCC-SLP preferred). You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement customized treatment plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) desired
- Background in school-based, pediatric, or early intervention SLP practice
- Experience managing preK or early childhood caseloads
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy for students with speech-language needs
- Work closely with teachers, families, and specialists to promote language development
- Track progress and adapt strategies for maximum student success
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
