A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This full-time role will support students from pre-kindergarten through third grade with mild to moderate speech and language needs, starting as soon as possible.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Experience with early childhood and elementary populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and implementing therapy plans for mild to moderate cases
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in prek-3rd grade in both individual and group settings
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on individual growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary problem-solving
