Speech Language Pathologist in Berkeley, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP license and CCC credential
- Minimum of 3 years of school-based SLP experience (required for consideration)
- Prior experience working with significant AAC needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both staff and families
- Commitment to onsite work; remote or virtual services are not accepted for this role
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, emphasizing AAC strategies and devices
- Document student progress and communicate outcomes with educational staff and families
- Provide support and education to teachers and parents on best practices for AAC
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic student progress
