What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active and current state SLP license
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and staff
- Comfortable with both on-site and possible virtual service delivery
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
What you'll do:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy services to students, tailored to individual needs
- Offer indirect support through consultation and collaboration with teachers and support teams
- Develop and implement IEP goals and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, productive climate for students
