Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver targeted therapy
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of elementary school students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
- Deliver direct therapy individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations as needed
