This full-time position offers the chance to work 37.5 hours weekly, with caseloads of approximately 50 students across preK-12. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Washington SLP License
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Eligible for SLP-CCC or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
  • Experience or genuine interest in working with school-age populations across a range of needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team for student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide therapy in individual and group settings, adjusting approaches as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations, contributing professional insight
