Bilingual Early Childhood Education (ECE) School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Naperville, Illinois

This full-time opportunity, based near Naperville, IL, is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about working with early childhood and elementary students. Required Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
- Current Illinois SLP license
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience delivering school-based speech and language services, preferably in pediatric and early childhood settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Capable of managing a full caseload across different grade levels and sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and therapy with students in early childhood and elementary programs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations regarding student needs
- Adapt materials and interventions for bilingual learners and culturally diverse backgrounds
