Bilingual Early Childhood Education (ECE) School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Naperville, Illinois

The position features a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours and may offer an itinerant structure, providing services at one or two schools. Your expertise working with pediatric populations and proficiency in both English and Spanish will be instrumental in meeting the needs of a vibrant, multicultural community.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
- Current Illinois SLP license
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Experience supporting early childhood and elementary student populations
- Background in school-based settings highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, track, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Offer consultation and support to educational teams
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
