Pediatric Middle School Speech Pathology - Aurora, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Current Colorado SLP licensure
- Active Colorado Department of Education certification
- Experience with pediatric and/or middle school caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff for optimal student outcomes
- Track and document student progress to ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to students navigating communication challenges, empowering them academically and socially
