Key Qualifications:
- Hold current Colorado SLP certification.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
- Comfortable delivering services across K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school students.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and other educational professionals.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Organized and flexible with caseload management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver direct speech-language therapy to a range of students.
- Create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and communication.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates.
- Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, offering expert insights to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Engage in Professional Development days to stay current with best practices and enhance skills.
