Pediatric Middle School Speech Pathology - Aurora, CO
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this pivotal part-time role, you’ll work 20-25 hours each week, collaborating with school staff and families to help students unlock their full communication potential. You’ll find the caseload manageable and engaging, ranging from approximately 25 to 45 students—offering both variety and a chance to provide focused support.

Key Qualifications:
- Current Colorado SLP licensure
- Active Colorado Department of Education certification
- Experience with pediatric and/or middle school caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering communicative growth and academic success in a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff for optimal student outcomes
- Track and document student progress to ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to students navigating communication challenges, empowering them academically and socially
