What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Oregon state license from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new schools and student needs
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and consultative speech-language services to students across assigned campuses (Mountainside HS, Findley Elem., ISC programs at William Walker, Beaverton HS, and Southridge HS)
  • Manage a diverse caseload, tailoring support for various age groups and needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school-based teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and compliance activities
  • Take an active, innovative approach to student care
