What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Oregon state license from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to adapt quickly to new schools and student needs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and consultative speech-language services to students across assigned campuses (Mountainside HS, Findley Elem., ISC programs at William Walker, Beaverton HS, and Southridge HS)
- Manage a diverse caseload, tailoring support for various age groups and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school-based teams to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and compliance activities
- Take an active, innovative approach to student care
