Qualifications:
- Active Oregon state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also considered
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students (or part-time option: 25-28 students)
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech-language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Serve as an integral part of the educational team, adapting to flexible scheduling based on school needs
This position offers school-day hours, with flexible scheduling possible. Full-time is typically 37.5 hours per week (7.5-hour days), but part-time arrangements (2.5–3 days/week) are available for those seeking a smaller caseload.
