We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCCs for a full-time, school-based position in St. Helens, Oregon for the upcoming school year.
Position Details
- Full-Time School-Based Role
- Location: St. Helens, Oregon (2 school sites)
- Must be comfortable working across two locations
- Caseload: Approximately 80–85 students
- Serving students of all ages (K–12)
- Must be able to supervise an SLPA
- Supportive and collaborative school teams
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across multiple sites
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor IEP goals
- Supervise and support SLPA in daily service delivery
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Oregon SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience supervising SLPAs required or strongly preferred
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a larger caseload across multiple sites
