The Role at a Glance
Status: Full-Time
Setting: K-12 School Environment
Location: Salem, OR
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals.
Provide high-quality direct therapy to students (individual and small groups).
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid State License and Department of Education Certification (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!).
A collaborative spirit and a "student-first" mindset.
