Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and communication with families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute meaningful input
- Provide resources and support to staff and parents regarding student needs and progress
