A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 25/26 school year to provide onsite support across multiple school locations in Vermont. This contract position primarily serves the main site in Cabot, with additional responsibilities possibly at Twinfield and out-of-district placements in the Barre and Berlin areas. The role involves delivering specialized speech and language services in school settings, working directly with students to assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans for diverse pediatric populations.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and healthcare guidelines.
  • Provide support in multiple locations as needed throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
  • Experience working within schools, pediatric healthcare, or educational environments.
  • Licensed and eligible to practice in relevant settings with knowledge of CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover various school sites.

Location: Onsite work with travel between sites in Cabot, Twinfield, Barre, and Berlin, Vermont.
