Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred, especially with Pre-K populations
- Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong assessment, intervention, therapy, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads across multiple sites
- Flexible, organized, and committed to fostering student development
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for PreK students across assigned sites
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document services, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Travel between assigned locations to deliver high-quality services
