Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience working with K–12 students, including early childhood and elementary populations
- Background in managing caseloads with a broad spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs
- Flexibility to coordinate service delivery for caseloads ranging from moderate to profound
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and caregivers to optimize student outcomes
