Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current (or eligibility for) SLP state licensure
- CCC or CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary or early childhood students, is beneficial
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary and early childhood students
- Participate in thorough onboarding, including a comprehensive orientation and the supportive “Buddy Program” for new hires
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues during scheduled monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and real-time through an engaging intranet platform
- Use up-to-date equipment and testing materials provided for your therapy sessions
- Engage in ongoing professional development and annual performance reviews that foster continuous growth
- Benefit from easy access to same-discipline supervisors for professional guidance and troubleshooting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure best practice and efficient service delivery
- Meet regularly with leaders for 1:1 check-ins and monthly team meetings
