School Speech Language Pathologist - Elgin, IL

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license (or eligibility upon start date)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- School-based experience or strong interest in working with students
- Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy for students with communication disorders in collaboration with educators and parents
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in regular collaboration through monthly meetings and interactive roundtable discussions
- Engage in process improvement initiatives to promote best practices
- Attend ongoing professional development and contribute to annual performance reviews
