Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Illinois SLP license (or eligibility) and active PEL preferred
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year candidates and CCC-SLPs
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and process improvement initiatives
- Engage in annual performance reviews and regularly scheduled check-ins with leadership
