Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with students in a school-based setting
- Deep understanding of ESY services and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and support for students attending ESY programming
- Assess, develop, and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all school and state requirements
- Support a positive, engaging learning environment
