School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Belvidere, Illinois

Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Provide support within Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize supplied equipment and testing materials to support best outcomes
- Participate in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions with peers
- Engage in regional collaboration and share expertise via a dedicated online platform
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and annual performance reviews
- Attend scheduled 1:1 check-ins and monthly team meetings with leadership
