A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the remainder of the school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Aurora, IL. This contract role offers a balanced schedule focusing on diagnostics and early childhood (EC) caseload management, ideal for professionals experienced in school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations for the caseload, dedicating three full days weekly to assessments and related meetings.
  • Provide direct speech-language services to approximately 9-10 early childhood students twice per week during afternoon sessions.
  • Allocate remaining time efficiently for thorough report writing and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working as an SLP in school settings, preferably with K-12 students.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to manage EC caseloads.
  • Familiarity with educational speech therapy protocols and documentation requirements.

Location: Aurora, Illinois (with services required in Burbank, IL for the EC caseload).
