What you'll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY considered
- Prior experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct therapy sessions—both one-on-one and in small groups—to target speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to facilitate student success
