School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Ransom, Illinois

In this position, you will collaborate with educators and families to create supportive, individualized therapy plans for students. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver quality direct and consultative therapy services according to IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and monitor progress on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with teachers, other providers, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
