School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Attleboro, Massachusetts

Ideal candidates have at least 2–3 years of experience following ASHA certification, strong knowledge of the school environment, and are eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
What you’ll bring:
- Valid SLP license and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years post-certification experience in a school setting
- Comprehensive understanding of special education eligibility, IEP processes, and a range of communication disorders
- Willingness to supervise and mentor up to three SLPAs, overseeing their treatment fidelity and documentation
- Comfort navigating fluctuating caseloads based on student needs and enrollment
Your key responsibilities:
- Supervise up to three SLPAs, supporting their treatment planning, progress monitoring, and data collection for caseloads of up to 55 students each
- Complete special education eligibility evaluations, including both initials and re-evaluations
- Participate in all IEP meetings (initials, annuals, re-evals), presenting data and professional recommendations based on student progress
- Write and update IEPs in accordance with student needs, ensuring compliance with school and state guidelines
- Adjust to dynamic caseload numbers and maintain thorough documentation
