Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP - CCC (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence required)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years post-certification, with proven school-based experience
  • Skilled in addressing a range of student communication needs
  • Open to supervising SLPAs and managing shifting caseloads

Primary Duties:

  • Supervise up to 3 SLPAs (each with up to 55 cases), ensuring high-quality treatment, reporting, and progress monitoring
  • Conduct and oversee special education eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluations)
  • Attend, present, and make recommendations at all IEP meetings
  • Write and update IEPS for students on caseloads
  • Provide responsive support based on changing student enrollment and needs
