Key Qualifications:
- Valid or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license for schools

- Supportive of Clinical Fellows (CFY), fostering professional growth
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy to students with speech-language needs
- Oversee a caseload consisting of elementary-aged, speech-only students
- Case management, including progress monitoring and regular communication with families and staff
- Utilize the SIRAS system to document interventions and monitor educational goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
- Offer support and guidance to CFY staff, contributing to a positive and growth-oriented environment
