Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Denver, Colorado

You’ll dedicate 11.25 hours each week—about 1.5 days—to conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for young learners. This specialized role allows you to utilize your diagnostic skills to ensure students receive the support they need, all without treatment responsibilities. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required, or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong background in pediatric or school-based assessments
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (PK) is highly valued
- Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool students as part of an assessment-only caseload
- Complete appropriate documentation and provide detailed evaluation reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school support staff regarding assessment results
- Attend eligibility and IEP meetings as needed to share findings and recommendations
- Maintain timely compliance with student assessment deadlines and school protocols
