Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) certification required at time of application
- Able to work independently with diverse student populations (mild to severe needs)
- Comfortable with both elementary and high school age groups
- Willingness to work onsite preferred; remote possibilities may be considered for exceptional candidates with proven vocology skills
- Open to travel as needed for school assignments
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not eligible for this role
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders among students across assigned caseloads
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation as required by state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the student support process
