As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated SLP team to provide services for diverse caseloads. The full-time SLP will share responsibilities across an elementary school, partnering with another professional to ensure manageable workloads. The part-time SLP role includes a blend of elementary, grade, and middle school students, with scheduling options that offer either a full day every other week or a half day each week at the middle school.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in Illinois
  • Experience in school-based settings or interest in working with elementary and middle school students
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • State and district-specific compliance, as required for SLPs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services within school schedules
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
