Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in Illinois
- Experience in school-based settings or interest in working with elementary and middle school students
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- State and district-specific compliance, as required for SLPs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services within school schedules
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
