- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Prior experience working in school-based settings

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students needing speech and language intervention
- Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care
- Track progress, document sessions, and prepare required paperwork
- Offer support and resources to families regarding student communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings to review progress and adjust strategies as needed
